‘Barbershop 3: The Next Cut’ Official Trailer with Ice Cube, Eve, Nicki Minaj, Common and More

Ice Cube is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon. The rapper, actor and film producer is to set to release yet another movie come April 2016.

14 years after the first release of ‘Barbershop’, Ice Cube is to return with the third in the sequel ‘The Next Cut’. 

Calvin (Ice Cube) and Angie (Regina Hall) were both struggling to keep their shops open, so they had to came together and open one shop with two different clientèle's. But the bigger issue is crime in the community, and raising their kids in that neighbourhood. So of course, the crew comes together to make a change in their neighbourhood.

Ice Cube keeps some of the previous cast members including Cedric The Entertainer, Eve, Sean Patrick Thomas, but not Michael Ealy who starred in part 1 and 2 of the sequel. Ice Cube also introduces some new faces to ‘Barbershop’ such as the funny Regina Hall, Common and newcomer Nicki Minaj.

Following up from a great 2015 with the release of ‘Straight Outta Compton’, an NWA biopic that stayed at #1 for three weeks in the box office. If you're still yet to see it, you need to!

Ice Cube will release ‘Ride Along 2’ with Kevin Hart, ‘Barbershop 3: The Next Cut’ and ‘Fist Fight’ with Christina Hendricks and Tracy Morgan all in 2016.

Seyi Shay Announces New Album ‘Seyi or Shay’, Unveils Album Cover & Trailer

Stunning songstress Seyi Shay has announced the forthcoming release of her debut album ‘Seyi or Shay’.

Having burst onto the scene in 2012 and released back to back hits including ‘Irawo’, ‘Ragga Ragga’, ‘Murda’, ‘Crazy’ and her latest ‘Right Now’, Seyi Shay is set to release ‘Seyi or Shay’ on the 13th of November, 2015.

The news of her album comes a couple of months after she inked a deal with Island Records in the UK, and expresses two sides of Seyi Shay and her music; Seyi portraying homely, traditional good girl and Shay portraying her eccentric, international and outrageous side. Which is also what's portrayed on the album cover, photographed above.

‘Seyi or Shay’ will feature songs produced from Harmony Samuels, TY Mix, Legendury Beatz, Del B and much more, whilst Flavour Nabania amongst others will feature on the songs.

In honour of the album release, Seyi Shay released a video trailer for ‘Seyi or Shay’, serving as the final teaser for the new album. Shot by Meji Alabi for JM Films, Seyi puts a lot of attention on the two sides of Seyi Shay that she will express in more details when ‘Seyi or Shay’ is released.

‘Seyi or Shay’ is out Friday the 13th of November, 2015!

‘Thy King Kong Come’: Vector Unveils Trailer For New ‘King Kong’ Video

We're only into the second full week of the New Year, and these artists are not playing. One of them being Nigerian based rapper Vector, as he has unveiled the trailer to his new song and video. 

Vector tha Viper, as some may know him, is set to release his newest single ‘King Kong’, with a video to accompany it on January 22nd.

K. Michelle Unveils ‘AWBAH’ Album Title and Release Date in New Album Trailer

K. Michelle is gearing up for the release of her sophomore album ‘AWBAH’, the follow-up to her #1 selling album ‘Rebellious Soul’.

Already having released the lead single ‘Love 'Em All’, a pop/rock ballad off the new album, K. Michelle delivers the album trailer - where she unveils the abbreviation of ‘AWBAH’ as well as the release date, after teasing fans for so long.

K. Michelle is seen in the 2-minute clip wearing a lace gown walking with her signature red hair, walking around what seems to be mansion with people who she approaches, all turning their backs on her. As she walks down the stairs of the house - projected on the walls are scenes of her in ‘Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’ - where she was a regular cast member. Before the trailer comes to an end we see K. Michelle as she walks out of the mansion into an all white Rolls Royce, where she unveils the album title - ‘Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart?’.

‘Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart?’ is set to hit the shelves on December 9 in the States, with the UK release date still unknown.

[Trailer] - New Video: MAVINS - Dorobucci

Jam-packed into 16 seconds is the official trailer to the highly-anticipated music video to ‘Dorobucci’, from the MAVINS.

The music video sees Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, Dr Sid, D'Prince, Korede Bello, Di'Ja and Reekado Banks all appear in the Nick Roux-directed clip set to premiere on Channel O Africa on July 22 at 12noon (Nigerian time). 

Shot in South Africa, head boss of The MAVINS took to his Instagram page to announce the premiere of the video with the caption stating: "#DoroAnnouncement The official video for TheMegaSuper hit record #Dorobucci premieres tomorrow on @ChanelOAfrica at 12:00pm NG time. Let's go!!! #MAVIN #323 #WeUp".

The song on it's own is huge, from seeing people make up their own dance moves to it, and doing their own covers - a contestant who auditioned on the latest season of Project Fame West even done his own rendition of the song, which made it's way around social media within hours since it hit the web - watch HERE.

[Trailer] - New Video: Zamir - Normal Dubz

King Zamir is launching his first official music video for ‘Normal Dubz’, a track that was released mid-February.

For those who missed it, Yung L.O.S. rebranded as King Zamir earlier this year, to kick- start his solo project, where ‘Normal Dubz’ is his first official single release.

The music video was shot by Duks of DuksArt, and includes some unexpected and elaborate special effects! Without giving too much away in the trailer, the official video will be released on July 17.

[Trailer] - New Video: Nizzy - Egwu ft. Lola Rae

And the official countdown to Nizzy's new video begins now!

Back in mid January Nizzy released his 2014 single ‘Egwu’ featuring Lola Rae, and this coming Friday (21st February) sees the video premiere!

Nizzy drops the official trailer to ‘Egwu’ - a jam packed video with choreography, and dark scenes. Nizzy and Lola Rae have great chemistry in this video as well.

‘CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story’ Amazing Biopic SuperTrailer

Could this movie poster and trailer get anymore real? Damn!

VH1 are bound to rake in a lot of views next Monday for the premiere of the TLC biopic ‘CrazySexyCool’. The made-for-TV movie shows the highs and lows from the platinum selling girl group from their chart success to the loss of group member Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes.

In under two minutes this super trailer alone highlights everything that TLC went through both in the dark and in the light. From T-Boz being diagnosed with sickle cell anemia to Chilli getting pregnant by producer Dallas Austin - who is played by Evan Ross. And remember that story of Left Eye Lopes beating the shit out of her man and a woman he was creeping with, then setting his house on fire? That's in the trailer as well. Nothing goes amiss in this movie trailer.

Even down to the trio being broke ‘we got the number one selling album, and we ain't got no money!’ and announcing their broke at the Grammy awards.

This movie will have you laughing, crying, in shock and all of the above. The trailer alone is jaw-dropping, and the movie is reportedly just under three hours, so you know it's a must watch!

We were fortunate enough to get sneak peek of images from the cast during the filming of The TLC Story, and now VH1 have unveiled the first trailer for the biopic.

David E. Talbert is back at it again with this brand new rom-com "Baggage Claim". The movie is an all-star line-up with Paula Patton as the lead actress, as well as Jill Scott, Derek Luke, Boris Kodjoe, Djimon Honsou and a whole lot more.

"Baggage Claim" is based on a flight attendant Montana Moore (Paula Patton) who realizes that she is the only woman in her family to have never been married. Once finding out her younger sister (Lauren London) is getting married - Montana Moore is on the hunt to find a man within 30-days on a thirty-thousand-mile expedition.

Montana has the help of her best friend - who is played by singer-actress Jill Scott and all the men that Montana comes across - a P.Diddy wannabe played by Trey Songz who has a crazy baby momma played by Tia Mowry-Hardict, an attorney-turned-councilman played by Taye Diggs and a multimillionaire who is 20 years older than her, played by Djimon Honsou.

One of these guys are potentially her husband, but which one? "Baggage Claim" will be out on September 27 in the States. No word on if it's coming to Europe, but I'd love to see the film.

Actor Desmond Elliot brings together Genevieve Nnaji, Ramsey Nouah, Ini Edo, Uti Nwachukwu, and so much more for this new all-star lineup movie 'Weekend Getaway'. 

What's the movie about? 
It is a glamorous, witty, suspense-filled drama about five couples with relationship issues who spend the weekend in a plush, exotic hotel. The film exposes the drama, dysfunction, intrigues, lies and ultimately love, that abounds in their lives.

With the movie private screening happening in Nigeria on Sunday March 24, 2013 and the movie being premiered in cinemas in Nigeria and across the rest of Africa on Friday March 29, 2013. Until then, enjoy the trailer below.
