Afrobeat UK pioneers in the game right now - Vibe Squad unveil the video to their single ‘Come Over’. Vibe Squad will take to the stage this coming Sunday along with Atumpan, Honey B, Weray Ent, 2 Kriss, Adey and Dizzy at We Plug Good Music's ‘One Mic UK - Afrobeats Special’, hosted by DJ Abrantee.

Vibe Squad release the video directed by Obiten for Snowpix Media just in time before they debut some new music at One Mic, and release further material, from their forthcoming debut album.

We Plug Good Music Presents... 'One Mic UK Afrobeats Special'

Just in time to kick off the Summer Holidays - the good people over at We Plug Good Music have put together this amazing Afrobeats show with a great lineup.

Eight of the best promising rising acts in the UK will all perform on Sunday, 14 July with a live band on one stage. Atumpan, Moelogo, Honey B, Weray Ent, Dizzy, Vibe Squad, 2Kriss and Adey will all be performing their hit singles as well as unreleased material for fans and supporters. 

The show will be hosted by none other than Afrobeats pioneer DJ Abrantee of Choice FM and supporters and Afrobeat lovers from allover the UK will be in attendance. Peep more details and ticket info on the show below!

New Music: Vibe Squad - Come Over

As the UK Afrobeats scene continue to grow and welcome some new names including Aina More, Deinde and Yemi Rush to name a few. Pioneers in the game Vibe Squad have dropped their 2013 single titled "Come Over" - which I got to hear a snippet of at last months Afrobeats Sunday, in London.

"Come Over" was written by the duo and produced by J.O.A.T, arrives right in time for Summer and also what's to expect from Vibe Squad's forthcoming debut album.

Vibe Squad are already doing big things in the British mainstream media as they have been featured in big publications such as The Guardian and The Independent. They have also been nominated for a number of awards including BEFFTA Award and Ghana Music Award. Their new single "Come Over" is released through ABM Records.

New Video: Weray Ent - Masquerade ft. Vibe Squad

This is a major collaboration for the UK Afrobeats scene this year. Weray Ent and Vibe Squad get together for this new song "Masquerade".

"Masquerade" is a follow-up single to Weray Ent's single "Ching Chang Wallah" which featured other UK Afrobeat artists - Skob, J.O.A.T, Tribal Magz, Vibe Squad and Gizmo. The video to "Ching Chang Wallah" racked over 50,000 views on YouTube since it's release in December 2012 as well as receiving major support from Choice FM's DJ Abrantee and BBC 1Xtra's DJ Edu to name a few.
