Rough Copy Release ‘3 Words’, A Valentine's Day Special

There is no doubt that R&B had its finest moments in the 90's. In homage to that sound, Rough Copy bring you this Valentine special ‘3 Words’ - an R&B throwback love song to stir those memories and remind the world that R&B is still alive in Rough Copy.

The British boy band will take to the stage to support US singer Omarion, at his headline show at KOKO on March 16.

Showing the world their interpretation of what R&B looks and sounds like, Rough Copy return with their new single ‘Same Formula’ next month.

Listen as ‘3 Words’ whets the appetite of Rough Copy fans, and for couples celebrating Valentines Day.

New Video: Rough Copy - Street Love

Earlier this year saw boy band Rough Copy ink a deal with LA Reid's 'Epic' records. And without wasting anymore time - the London hailing trio have premiered the video to their debut single ‘Street Love’.

Produced by American duo and brothers - Da Beatfreakz and penned by Rough Copy themselves with a little help from Da Beatfreakz, is a remake of the Anita Baker 80's classic ‘Sweet Love’, but see Rough Copy add their own flare and twist to it - to make it more modern.

‘Street Love’ is the first installment from their debut album - out later on this year. ‘Street Love’ will also be out on June 29.

Can the former Xfactor UK contestants enter the charts with this one? You be the judge! Watch the new video to ‘Street Love’ below.

Rough Copy: 'Sweet But Street' EP

SWEET BUT STREET cover art

These guys are talented!
I first saw them on the UK X Factor a couple weeks back - but due to some "visa issues" these lads couldn't make it to the judges houses with Louis Walsh being their mentor. Big shame!

But on the brighter side of things they have a new EP - which is actually really good.
The boy band go by the name of "Rough Copy", a group that consists of 3 really talented/funny guys - Kaz, Sterling, Joey J singers hailing from London. Everyone (as far as I'm concerned) was devastated that they had to leave the X Factor, including their mentor Louis Walsh.

What I like about these guys is that they never created a sob story and they really show that they mean business with this new EP - proves that they really want to be artists!
(Unlike some that audition for X Factor *rolls eyes*)

Anyway's listen, download and enjot their new EP Sweet But Street below!

PLUS : Watch Rough Copy's X Factor Audition singing King of Leon's "Use Somebody".
