Sasha Keable Unveils Highly Anticipated Second EP ‘Lemongrass & Lime Leaves’

Yesterday saw the release of Sasha Keable's highly anticipated second EP ‘Lemongrass & Lime Leaves’. The four-track-EP comes a week ahead of her sold out headline show next week at London's renowned venue Birthdays!

The heavily 80's influenced EP is Sasha's newest self-penned project, includes never before heard tracks ‘Memories’ and ‘6"4’, as well as critically acclaimed, ‘Living Without You’ and ‘Sweetest Talk’ - which she released prior to the unveiling of the ‘Lemongrass & Lime Leaves’.

Sasha Keable's voice and melodic flow over the 80's infused instrumentals is giving us an early Summer tease and resembles somewhat of a Jocelyn Brown in her early days.

It's no secret that I have a never ending love for Ms Sasha Keable's voice and artistry. She does no wrong.

Picking up from where she left off last month with ‘Living Without You’, vocal powerhouse Sasha Keable shares ‘Sweetest Talk’, the mind blowing second track taken from her forthcoming and highly anticipated EP, ‘Lemongrass and Lime Leaves’.

Sasha's new taste on 80's inspired music and infusing it in her tracks shows off her ability to deliver on whatever beat. ‘Sweetest Talk’ is a cool and refreshing track that I can see myself drinking lemonade to in the middle of a heatwave in the summer (yeah totally random, I know) - but Sasha Keable's new project is gearing us for a very exciting summer this year.

Taking on a whole different sound compared to songs off her ‘Black Book’ EP - ‘Living Without You’ is a mind blowing 80's inspired track from her forthcoming, and highly anticipated EP, ‘Lemongrass and Lime Leaves’, set for release on May 12.

Many of us fell in love with the South London hot gal last year when she released her debut EP ‘Black Book’ in Summer 2013 - receiving over 500,000 combined online plays leading Sasha to firmly cement herself as a key act on many tastemakers lips.

Sasha Keable and Angel Haze Perform ‘Battle Cry’ Exclusive A64 for SBTV

Sasha Keable: Unveils Debut Headline Show Mini-Documentary

Disturbing London has one talented chick on their hands, and I am pissed that I missed this show earlier this month.

Sasha Keable recenly performed her sold-out debut live show in Dalston and has unveiled a short documentary of the days events.

Premiering exclusively via Hunger Magazine, the documentary showcases moments from her intimate live performance, as well as giving the Disturbing London team, including managing director Dumi Oburota, Tinie Tempah and G Frsh, a chance to share their views on the hotly tipped female vocalist.

Sasha Keable: Announces Debut London Gig @ Servants Jazz Quarters, 21st January 2014!

 

The super-talented singer and songwriter Sasha Keable will finally hit the stage for her debut live show in January.

 

The songstress who hails from South London released her debut EP ‘Black Book’ in the fourth quarter of the year - and has received amazing feedback for her work. And the EP is definitely part of my top 5 favourite EP releases of the year.

 

Currently signed to Disturbing LDN alongside Tinie Tempah, GFrsh, All About She, Wizkid and more, Keable will take to the stage at Servants Jazz Quarters to perform her songs off her EP ‘Black Book’ and is bound to get a lot of support from fans, family and friends.

 

So far, she has had an exciting year - from featuring on Disclosures' ‘Voices’ track, to releasing her debut EP as well as a handful of music videos. Next year is expected to be a huge one for Keable.
