New Music: Bridget Kelly - Act Like That ft. Mack Wilds

Today, August 5th marks the release of Bridget Kelly's long-awaited EP ‘Summer of 17’, accompanying the release is her brand new track ‘Act Like That’ featuring Mack Wilds.

‘Summer of 17’ comes shortly after Bridget Kelly's departure from Roc Nation after six years of being with the label, and is her first independent project.

Mack Wilds Set to Headline UK Tour, August 2014!

Just days ago it was announced that The Wire and 90210 star turned singer will be headlining his own shows in the UK, this August. 

Known under his stage name as Mack Wilds recently took a trip to the UK to perform at the 2014 Wireless Festival back in July and will now take to the stage for a three-day tour in London, Manchester and Birmingham this August. 

Currently on tour with Wiz Khalifa, Young Jeezy, Rich Homie Quan, Ty Dolla $ign, Sage the Gemini and more on the ‘Under the Influence of Music Tour’ across America - Mack Wilds will perform hits such as ‘Wild Things’, ‘Own It’, ‘Henny’ and ‘My Crib’ and more off his Grammy-nominated album ‘New York: A Love Story’ over the course of the three days.

New Video: Mack Wilds - My Crib

Grammy nominated artist Mack Wilds has dropped the video to ‘My Crib’, one of the many songs off his debut LP ‘New York: A Love Story’. 

‘My Crib’ video comes after the video to ‘Henny’ which he released back in December. Sticking to the theme of a love story, Mack Wilds and his love interest travel around the city of New York and keep it tasteful throughout.

Mack Wilds Performs ‘Own It’ on ‘Good Morning America’

Mack Wilds woke up the city of New York on Wednesday morning, as he took over Time Square for a special performance on ‘Good Morning America’. 

Hopping off a New York sightseeing bus with four dancers, Mack Wilds rocks out with some members of the public before entering the GMA studios to continue his performance of his lead single ‘Own It’, off his Grammy nominated album ‘A New York Love Story’.

*Sidenote: Mack Wilds has definitely grown as an artist through the months. This live performance just shows his improvement, especially performing live as well!*

Mack Wilds: ‘Mack's Story’ + New Video ‘Henny’

 

Mack Wilds is one heck of an artist and I'm a fan! His debut album ‘New York: A Love Story’ is a fav for many. And since his success Mack has been a name on many peoples lips, in ‘Mack's Story’ he takes us on a journey through his hood in Stapleton, New York - where we see, where he grew up and what life was like for him back then. Also, how he got into music and the memories he remembers from moving into the estate he grew up in.



And off the album ‘New York: A Love Story’, comes his song titled ‘Henny’, which has now got a video to it. ‘Henny’ is the second video off the album and sees the young singer turn it up for us in this explicit and sexy video.

Wilds takes it to the strip club for the video to ‘Henny’ with his boys, getting his two-step on and sipping on that cognac Hennessy, as he cannot seem to take his eyes off a sexy bartender. Watch below..

Mack Wilds Performs ‘Own It’ on Arsenio Hall Show Live

He was known to us as Michael Lee and Dixon Wilson in some of our favourite TV shows ‘The Wire’ and ‘90210’, and now Mack Wilds has ventured off into music.

Aside from being the nephew to JayZ, Music runs through Mack Wilds veins as he was a music producer in 90210 and has previously released one or two tracks here and there. Earlier on this year Mack Wilds released his debut album ‘New York: A Love Story’ via Sony and has already been nominated for a Grammy award! A huge congratulations to him for that.

The Grammy nominated artist stopped by Arsenio Hall Show Live to talk about his new album, being nominated for a Grammy and so much more. He also performed his hit single ‘Own It’ to the audience, which they seemed to have enjoyed. Watch Mack Wilds tear up his performance below.
