New Music: Ester Dean - How You Love It ft. Missy Elliott

This is a collabo that I've been waiting for, for a while now! Last year I blogged about how Ester Dean is planning on featuring Missy Elliott on a song and here it is!

Ester Dean who starred in the musical film Pitch Perfect is releasing her debut mixtape this year is also planning on releasing her first studio album 'Story Never Told'.

It feels good to hear Missy Elliott again after she released her two singles '9th Inning' and 'Triple Threat' which both featured Timbaland. Missy Elliott is also planning on releasing her new album 'Block Party' this year.

New Video: Ester Dean - Baby Making Love

Singer/songwriter and Pitch Perfect star Ester Dean takes it old skool with this jam 'Baby Making Love'. This is the first video the singer has released since 2009 after releasing her single 'Drop It Low' which featured Chris Brown.

But that hasn't stopped her from doing her thing behind scenes - Ester Dean has penned hit songs for the likes of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and featured on Tinie Tempah, Machine Gun Kelly, Michael Woods singles and more. 

Ester Dean heats things up in this new sultry, but keeps the video cool and PG!

Dean is planning on taking things to the next level in 2013 as she plans on releasing her debut EP and album Story Never Told. 

New Music: Ester Dean - I Can't Make You Love Me

In a recent with 50 Cent on the Breakfast Club, I heard 50 talk about Ester Dean and her phenomenal songwriting skills. Ester Dean has written for some big names in the music industry such as Rihanna, Keyshia Cole, Mary J Blige, Kelly Rowland and Britney Spears - just to name a few (because the list is long!).

Ester Dean is set to release her first official album in 2013 entitled Story Never Told. The singer has released a single "I Can't Make You Love Me", a remake of Bonnie Raitt's '91 hit - singer Tank has also done his own remake of the song. Nothing is ever better than the original, but I like both Ester Dean and Tank's covers to the song.

New Video: MGK - Invincible ft. Ester Dean

Bad Boy artist, Machine Gun Kelly - MGK teamed up with singer/song-writer Ester Dean in his new single 'Invincible'. The new single is the official theme song for Wrestlemania 28. This song is an 'underdog' anthem and has also been licensed to 2012 NFL Thursday Night Football. 

Even though MGK is a bit wild at times, you can clearly see in this video and song that he has a heart truly a loving guy. MGK portrays the life of those that are part of the everyday struggle. Directed by Isaac Rentz and produced by Alex Da Kid.

I can see me liking this song a lot, I've already murdered the replay button on the track. It's like one of them songs for commercials and that. Great for sports commercials as well. Check out the video below, I think it's quite touching actually. Ester Dean has a really nice voice as well, it adds to that extra spark.
