New Video: TeeJay - Work ft. Lola Rae

To say that TeeJay and Lola Rae "delivered" with this video will surely be an understatement...

Last week TeeJay unveiled his new single ‘Work’ which got critical acclaim and rave reviews from fans and critics. Yesterday, saw him share the visuals to the smooth and sultry collaboration featuring Lola Rae. And boy, this video is quality!

The upcoming star TeeJay called on visual director - Tatenda Jamera, to bring his creative vision to life for ‘Work’. Shot in location in a vintage 19th Century house in London, the ‘Work’ visuals add a new dimension to the chemistry between TeeJay and Lola Rae.

You cannot deny their talent or their chemistry, which they portray extremely well in both the audio and video to ‘Work’. Everything from the house, to the quality of the camera to the styling (even though I wish Lola Rae wore one mean vintage couture outfit that would have just scattered the surface and make people think how did she pull this one out of the bag) - this is easily one of the best music videos out this year thus far.

Produced by P2J, ‘Work’ shows off TeeJay's versatility and artistry - proving why he's one to watch and one of the future stars of R&B music in Africa. Time and time again Lola Rae does no wrong, for an independent artist - she is actually killing the game.

New Video: TeeJay - Take Off

Having previously released a few Afrobeat songs - I believe that this song will be what puts singer TeeJay on the map.

‘Take Off’ is the first official single from UK based Tanzanian-Nigerian, Afrobeats singer - TeeJay. The fast emerging artist teams up with producer Benji Flow for the production of this song, which was released in the last quarter of 2013. 

TeeJay puts on a smooth performance in this video directed by Tatenda James, without a doubt - he's going to be a heart breaker for the ladies. He currently has a new single in the works with Lola Rae, which will be released soon as well as the official music video.

It'll be interesting to see where the music takes TeeJay in 2014..

New Music: TeeJay - Who Cares ft. Adey

Following his 2012 debut 'Follow Me', upcoming UK based Nigerian singer-songwriter TeeJay returns with his brand new single 'Who Cares' featuring Adey.

TeeJay gives us a cool sultry R&B track which was written by him and produced by Adey, who we hear gives us a new verse of bars in this song.

With Nigeria and the UK Afrobeats scene already supporting TeeJay, it's only a matter of time before we see him being featured on tracks with established artists and performing on main stages with other big Afrobeat artists.
